Briana brings a multifaceted background in community engagement to every client collaboration, developing outreach strategies that foster meaningful partnerships and amplify access to vital resources. As Bilingual Community Outreach Strategist at GHG, Briana’s passion for community enrichment and transformation guides her impactful work building trust and connections across Colorado’s Latino, BIPOC and immigrant communities. 

Briana specializes in strategic outreach, stakeholder relations, community partnerships and inclusive communications. She has supported mission-driven organizations with culturally responsive engagement initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen relationships and improve access to arts, health, education, and family resources. Through authentic engagement, thoughtful collaboration, and a deep understanding of community needs, she helps clients expand participation and create lasting impact.

Before joining GHG, Briana held leadership, communications and program coordination roles across nonprofit organizations, community arts, and event management, establishing a strong foundation in asset-based community development, relationship-centered engagement and strategic communications.
