Ashley is a graphic designer who grew up in the midwest with a love for all things creative. She attended Antonelli College and earned a degree in Graphic Arts. She spent the beginning of her career working for Ballard Designs doing Marketing and PR. She split her time between working with the marketing team on promotions and brand awareness campaigns placing products in regional and national publications and TV programs like the Oprah Winfrey Show, HGTV, and Hearst Magazines to name a few.
After working in the retail catalog industry for a number of years, she had an opportunity to work for The Home Depot for the private label home decor department. She used her multi-faceted design and marketing experience to work with multiple departments in order to build brand awareness and develop promotional collateral. Later, she started her freelance design business Pattoned Designs Co where she is responsible for designing identity/branding, marketing collateral, and websites for small to medium businesses. She also creates brand-relevant content for social media channels. With GHG, she works closely with the team in managing projects for small, local nonprofits and cause-driven businesses by elevating the brand's overall look and feel. She enjoys maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to meet company goals and objectives.
Outside of the work she loves, Ashley is a wife, mother of two kids, and a precocious Morkie puppy. She loves to draw, cook, and stays busy with home projects.
