You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you block or delete cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the Site.

5. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Email communications: If you receive newsletters or marketing emails from us via Constant Contact, you may unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link included in each email, or by contacting us directly (see Section 9).

Access, correction, and deletion: Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of your information. We currently serve clients primarily in Colorado, with plans to expand into California, Georgia, and other states. Where applicable state privacy laws (such as the Colorado Privacy Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA) grant you specific rights, we will honor requests consistent with those laws.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us at connect@gomezhowardgroup.com. We will respond to verified requests within the time frame required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information and do not engage in targeted advertising that would trigger a "right to opt out of sale/sharing" under state privacy laws as currently structured; if that changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

6. Data Retention

We retain the personal information collected through the Site for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue a business relationship or contract opportunity, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
