Cumulative Partnership Impact

Since GHG began working with MOC, the organization has grown from a small community organization with a few staff members to a full-time team of nearly 20. During this time, MOC has developed and built the FreshLo Residences building with 97 units of affordable housing, a mental health center and business accelerator, is poised to open a nonprofit grocery store in late 2026 and received recognition and awards for its Entrepreneurship Foundation program, community gardens and food pantry and many other initiatives. GHG has also helped raise awareness of the services provided by core MOC partners and helped establish a more positive identity for the community of Montbello among Denver residents.
